What support can and can't do
Our support team can help with account issues, payments, refunds, and certificate delivery. They cannot give medical advice or influence a doctor's clinical decision — those decisions belong to the reviewing doctor alone.
Medical emergencies
SickCert is not an emergency service. If you or someone else needs urgent medical attention, call 999 or 112 immediately, or go to your nearest emergency department.
